It was established in the year 1969. Introduction of physical education and sports in the college curriculum made possible the inclusion of popular games such as cricket, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, badminton, kho-kho, kabaddi, athletics, weightlifting, chess, football, yoga, and gymnastics as events in inter-school tournaments. Due to the guidance and support of our Principal and Management Committee, the college took an important step forward to expose sportspersons to higher levels of competitive sports. Teams were gradually increased, and now our college is a proud participant in almost all sports events.
Ground no. 2 is a relatively smaller ground (100 m X 100 m). One basketball court with cement concrete surface, two volleyball courts, two lawn tennis clay courts, one kho-kho court, and two kabaddi courts are available on this ground. All other big field games are organized on this ground.
Badminton Hall with four Yonex (synthetic) mat courts is available in this stadium. The hall is fitted with best-in-class lighting arrangements so that students can play in the best possible environment. The hall has a seating capacity of 1500. Three table tennis tables are also provided for students in this same hall.
Two separate Gym facilities for Girls and Boys students are available in the Gymnasium halls. List of available machines in the Gym:
